The goal of this space was to foster stronger connections between employees while elevating the client experience. The design prioritizes quality over quantity, reducing the size of private offices while significantly expanding shared amenities to reflect how employees use the office when they are onsite. Small, private workspaces are paired with a series of thoughtfully designed settings for gathering, collaboration, and social moments, creating a balanced environment that supports both focused work and community. The aesthetic blends a sense of permanence with approachability, using finely crafted materials and layered textures. Warm wood tones, greenery and neutrals create a balanced and refined space for employees and clients alike.

Pivot's scope encompassed all furniture and highly customized millwork solutions throughout, allowing each space to feel bespoke and intentional. Tailored millwork alternatives and custom marble elements add tactile richness and refinement, reinforcing a quiet, confident luxury that supports both workplace culture and brand presence without excess.
