Frankfurt Kurnit Klein & Selz (FKKS) Los Angeles Office
Pivot worked with HLW to accommodate Frankfurt Kurnit Klein & Selz’s (FKKS) desire to expand their office while modernizing and creating a luxurious, cohesive look to better serve the firm’s high-profile clients.

Scope: 34 Geiger One private offices and 13 hybrid Herman Miller and Geiger admin workstations in 12,320 square feet.
Located in one of the beautiful twin towers in Century City, this law office installation consisted of Geiger One private offices and hybrid Herman Miller and Geiger admin workstations over more than 12,320 square feet. Pivot also provided furniture for all communal areas including large conference rooms, eight break rooms, wellness rooms, and phone rooms. The space also includes a “war” room to simulate a courtroom experience. Additionally, Pivot designed the reception lounge and pantry areas where employees and clients collaborate.
The layout of the office space maximizes views from all windows, with private, executive style offices lining the perimeter and common or administrative areas located within the middle of the floorplan. Neutral tones with wood and marble finishes were paired with custom sofas and textiles in the large, open custom reception area to create a luxury, residential feel to the space. High-end pieces were carried through to the executive conference rooms with Geiger Axon marble tables, and amenities in the private office such as guest seating areas, sit to stand ergonomic desks and wardrobes. Pivot utilized Knoll studio to provide Florence Knoll tulip tables for conference spaces, and Hay to provide chairs in meeting areas.
