Our Mission
The Pivot Research + Design (R+D) team's goal is to serve the design community as trusted advisors, imparting Pivot’s expertise for our clients and partners. The team works to foster breakthrough innovation, continuous improvement and creative expression, resulting in added value for our clients.
This is achieved by incorporating inclusion, process, careful listening, diversity of perspective and mutual understanding, and leading with a curious approach. The R+D team reinforce this process with applied research and environmental psychology to build data-driven solutions with our partners.
