Goal
A modern, open office space that also acts as an “urban gallery” for community members to appreciate and utilize. This innovative workspace shows their passion for re-purposing and revitalizing retail projects and communities, while bringing new urbanism to the downtown landscape.
Scope
34,300 sq ft including break-out rooms, pin-up zones, hospitality kitchen, open work clusters, idea lounges, flex offices, a community room, material library, outdoor patios, and play areas including a basketball court. There is also a mezzanine that surrounds the building perimeter, allowing an overlook of the entire space.
