Construction of the new headquarters in Santana Row is well underway and set to open this summer.
After more than a decade in Santa Clara, Pivot is set to begin a new chapter with the relocation of our headquarters to One Santana West in San Jose - an energetic, amenity-rich district that better supports our people, partners, and the broader design community.
The move marks an evolution of our long-standing practice while staying true to the people that use our spaces. This new headquarters is designed to encourage people to come to work differently - to gather with purpose, to be inspired by their surroundings, and to experience our brand not just as a workplace, but as a living expression of who we are and where we’re going next.

Architectural Look & Feel
We worked with AP+I to design this dynamic space to be a personalized, immersive, hospitality-inspired environment that celebrates relationships and showcases our brand's identity.
The architecture is shaped by intersecting geometric volumes that merge and overlap, creating fluid transitions between spaces. A multisensory narrative unfolds through a contemporary reinterpretation of Early Modern design principles - clean lines and sculptural forms, enriched with eclectic accents that add depth and character. A base palette of warm and cool neutrals, layered with rich textures and refined materials, elevates the experience beyond that of a traditional office. Through a considered blend of oak and walnut tones paired with saturated, earthy hues, the design expresses a quiet, universal elegance throughout.

Pivot Design
A rich variety of settings offers both choice and autonomy, empowering visitors to engage with the space in their own way. The space includes an adaptable coworking lounge that transforms into a presentation space, curated dining experiences, and flexible open areas for rotating furniture pop-ups.
From private to shared offices and meeting spaces of varying scales and technology capabilities, opportunities for right-sized collaboration are clear and intuitive. A dedicated work zone and design center, anchored by a comprehensive materials library, supports a range of workstyles and ergonomic needs. Balancing the energy of collaboration, quieter spaces provide moments of retreat - a serene wellness room, a moody salon, and a series of cozy nooks and niches were designed for focus, pause, and restoration.

We focused on layered sensory experiences in this new office - scent, texture, and materiality all working together to create a place where people naturally feel at home. The design also encourages relationships to form and grow organically, with spaces that adapt to different ways of gathering, working, and collaborating.
The showroom will act as a living portfolio, displaying products, layouts, and design solutions that reflect Pivot’s expertise, creativity, and point of view. Technology and people are seamlessly integrated to create an intuitive, exploratory experience. From clear wayfinding to effortless interactions, every detail supports a cohesive vision centered on care, clarity, and connection.
Construction Solutions
This space is intended to be future-flexible, and we worked with our own Construction Solutions team to showcase a strategic blend of solutions to support flexibility, aesthetic cohesion, and a high performance workplace experience.
The space intentionally features both DIRTT and Maars products, serving as a live showroom that demonstrates a variety of high performance work types while providing adaptability, acoustics, technology integration, & high end design. Features in the space include integrated casework to blend in with AV, phone rooms and semi enclosed collaboration zones, technology and media walls, a DIRTT timber ceiling element and many more custom touches.
Pivot’s new headquarters will also feature partnerships with Moodsonic and Love Good Color (LGC), among others, fostering a custom, personalized environment through touch, sound, and color. We’re also showcasing brand-new product launches from the MillerKnoll family of brands, including Knoll Skyline workstations and the Geiger Ascent conference table.
