Pivot Interiors and the Construction Solutions team partnered with Gensler LA on the epic Los Angeles offices for Concord Music. Home to five sublabel brands, each sublabel within the Concord family is demarcated by a unique design personality. This was a nice challenge for Pivot’s team, who concepted and worked hand in hand with each of the five labels, refining the look and feel to create striking brand presence. The spaces created for reception, lounges and listening rooms will be an inspiring destination for both artists and industry professionals for years to come.
Pivot’s team brought together a curated mix of one-of-a-kind vintage pieces and cutting edge designs to outfit this showstopping workspace. A newly reupholstered, vintage Mario Bellini Camaleonda Modular Sofa is featured in the main Reception area to wow guests upon arrival. To add a sleek look and continuity throughout the office spaces, Concord selected the striking new Cosm task chair from Herman Miller. Custom interior architectural elements, digitally configured and preconstructed with DIRTT, allow for privacy in breakout spaces seamlessly incorporating technology, flexibility for future growth, and a lower carbon footprint.
