Pivot Interiors has supported California companies since 1973, through major shifts in the form and purpose of the workplace. In response to the Covid-19 pandemic, our focus has quickly turned to helping our customers work through the necessary transition and applying a new set of guidelines and protocols for employee health, well-being, and safety. This “New Normal” for the workplace will come with its own set of parameters and best practices – and it’s up to us to dive deep into the emerging research in order to determine the best way forward. In addition to delving into research from experts in both public health and workplace design, we surveyed our clients across the state and a wide range of industries to better understand how these companies and their employees are responding to these new constraints.
