Sarah blends her experience in hospitality, residential, and commercial design to create impactful spaces. She is currently engaged in workplace projects for a confidential Bay Area technology company as well as a hospitality project in China. Her past projects include Basalt Restaurant, J. Dawgs Restaurant, Reddwood Restaurant, and the Four Seasons Calistoga.
Sandi Warneke, IIDA, CID, LEED AP BD+C

Sandi Warneke is a Design Principal for Gensler’s Newport Beach office and has more than 30 years of professional corporate design project experience. Sandi holds a Masters of Arts degree in Environmental Design and her inspiration comes from her clients for which she creates uniquely innovative environments that enhance the human experience.

With over 30 years of commercial interior design experience, Carl specializes in visioning, programming, space planning, schematic/design concept development, design development/detailing, and furniture and artwork specification. His projects have included corporate headquarters, office/manufacturing, renovations, and tenant improvements. Carl holds a Bachelor of Science, Architecture from California State Polytechnic University, Pomona.

Jonathan Lopez is Design Director at Retail Design Collaborative. Jonathan is a practice leader of innovative architecture and interiors with a creative process infused in award-winning work that includes workplace, specialty retail, cultural, and community rooted projects. He holds a Bachelor of Architecture degree from California Polytechnic University, San Luis Obispo.
Norella Carboni & Nicole Stubblefield
Omgivning
Nicole is an architect focused on seamlessly blending architecture and interiors at Omgivning. She's worked on a wide range of projects including adaptive reuse multi-family housing, hotels, creative office, neighborhood restaurants and bars, historic theaters and furniture design. She received her Bachelor of Architecture from California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo.
Norella is passionate about creating spaces that are inspired by their built environments, often reusing existing materials in new ways. She enjoys designing custom furniture for projects that blend existing building materials in playful and functional ways. She graduated with a Bachelor of Art in Interior Architecture from Woodbury University.
