Our employees came together in 2020 to create a formal Equity, Diversity, Inclusion and Belonging committee. Led by employees and in close cooperation with executive leadership, the EDIB committee drives Pivot’s strategy and goals to become a more equitable, diverse, and inclusive company where everyone belongs. This committee helps promote these values in every aspect of our business.

CEO & President Ken Baugh has also signed the CEO pledge with CEO Action for Diversity & Inclusion, pledging our leadership’s commitment to: ​
