Goal
A new office space that provides filmmakers with unparalleled development support, production infrastructure, and marketing resources to execute their vision from script to screen. Incorporated communal and creative spaces to foster connections and enable different modes of work for a fully-integrated movie studio.
Scope
30,000 sq ft of new office space: 101 task chairs, 39 Benching stations, 24 private offices, 18 senior management private offices, 12 executive offices, lobbies, café, and collaboration areas.
